From a spark of passion to a movement for neurodiversity acceptance
Spectrum Spark Foundation was founded in 2015 by a group of parents, educators, and autistic adults who saw the need for a different approach to autism support—one that celebrates neurodiversity rather than trying to "fix" it.
A world where neurological differences are recognized and respected as a natural part of human diversity, and where autistic individuals have equal opportunities for education, employment, housing, and community participation.
Autistic individuals living authentically without pressure to conform to neurotypical standards
We use a strengths-based framework that focuses on supporting individuals to develop skills while honoring their neurodivergent identity. Our programs are co-designed with autistic individuals to ensure they meet real needs.
